One of the worst situations is with pet urine. These spots can be cleaned up if you act quick.. Timeliness is key in this situation. Anything you can do to keep the stain from soaking your carpet as well as the padding is going to be beneficial. You will not always be able to get to the stains on time. You have only two options when the stain is so secure that a steam cleanign wont fix it. You can replace the carpet padding or extract the urine with the water claw.
There are many cases where the pet stain is not only set in to the carpet but also the padding. This situation will not be made right by a typical cleaning. When you get a regular steam cleaning, the spot may disappear for the time being. The stain coming back will show that it is saturated in the padding. To avoid replacing your padding, you will want to get the water claw treatment to suck it out of your padding. Your carpet must be resaturated with a mix of enzymes and deodorizer in order for the water claw treatment to work. You want the solution to reach the padding of the carpet so let it sit for about 15 minutes. The re-saturated spot will be taken care of by our special attachment which will suck the spot out as well as the odor. This process will extract the solution and the pet stainf rom the backing of your carpet. To kill the odors associated with urine, enzymes are used to digest the bad bacteria in the urine. We only do this for the most severe problems.
